The rules of using our community.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Friendora Dating Club (the "Service"), operated by Friendora. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may remove any account or profile we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. What the Service is

Friendora Dating Club is a community that helps adults meet and have conversations, primarily through our Telegram channel. Membership gives you access to the community. It does not guarantee that you will receive a match, a reply, or a meeting, and we make no promises about outcomes or the conduct of other members.

3. Verified members

A "Verified" badge means our team has carried out an identity check on that member at the time of verification. It is a good-faith indicator, not a guarantee of any person's identity, intentions or conduct. Always use your own judgement and follow our Safety guidance.

4. Membership and payments

  • Membership fees, if any, are shown on the Membership page and are payable through our third-party payment gateway.
  • All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and, where applicable, include taxes.
  • Refunds, where available, are governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We may change our plans and pricing; changes do not affect a membership term you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service if you are under 18;
  • harass, threaten, deceive or abuse other members;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your age or identity;
  • share another person's private information without their consent;
  • ask for or send money to other members, or engage in any fraudulent activity;
  • post unlawful, obscene, or infringing content;
  • use the Service for any illegal purpose.

We may suspend or remove any member who breaches these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

6. Your content and consent

If you provide a profile and photo, you confirm the content is yours to share and you grant us permission to display it on the Service for as long as your profile is active. You may ask us to remove it at any time. We publish member photos only with the member's written consent.

7. Safety

Please read our Safety guidance. Never send money to people you meet online, keep personal details private until you trust someone, and report concerning behaviour to us. You interact with other members at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, for any interaction or meeting arising from the Service, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your profile.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
